Sam and all the staff at View Automotive have been great . My daughter purchased her first car .(Fiat 500) . They managed to work around her budget and finance options so she got the car she wanted . She really enjoyed buying her car from them . Very pleased .We also sold our BMW X3 2litre diesel 63 reg to Sam . Again a very good experience. I recently bought a car from view automotive and was pleasantly surprised - usually you worry about car sales people being pushy but Sam was lovely - a real gentleman and not pushy at all, just very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm really pleased with my car and the experience was easy from start to finish. Will definitely come back again in the future!

Great Dealership would 100% recommend
Bought a car from View Automotive a couple months ago and am loving the car! I was looking for a car for months, with many dealerships not giving me a good feeling about their cars, view automotive was the complete opposite to this. As soon as I got there they helped straight away, giving all the details of the car and a test drive. After deciding the next day to buy the car, they went above and beyond to come to the dealership at 6pm on a Sunday where they are usually closed. Would recommend this dealership to anyone as I would trust all the cars from here! Thankyou!

Amazing car purchase experience!
An excellent experience from start to finish. Sam was honest, knowledgeable, and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I travelled a fair distance and he was incredibly accommodating "“ picked me up from the train station and stayed late on a Saturday so we could finalise the sale. I would highly recommend view automotive. Both the Sam's gave me excellent customer service. There was no pressure when I was viewing the Renault Clio. They both gave me a lot of there time and answered any questions I had. I had a private number plate on the car I was part exchanging and they made all the arrangements to have this transferred and fitted to my new car.

The dealer was very helpful and honest about the car I was viewing and arranged for me to test drive it as soon as possible. The full history of the car was available and and an inspection of the car was carried out to correct any obvious faults (none were found). I had to leave the car at the garage for a few days before I was able to collect it, and this was arranged without a query. I also collected the car after normal working hours, tax arranged for the new car and a rebate on my existing car at the garage so I didn't have to do any 'paperwork' at home. I also received a follow up phone call today to see how I was getting on with the car, which shows a high level of care and professionalism

I took the car for a test drive and loved it, I wasn't pushed into having the car and all questions about owning the car were answered. On the day I collected my car, all paperwork was thoroughly explained whilst having a good cup of tea. The whole experience with view automotive was very professional and relaxed! I was quite nervous about buying my first car but I couldn't have felt more at ease with View. The staff were attentive, welcoming and friendly, and everything was as described on the advert. The dealership is in a lovely location with perfect little roads for a test drive, especially reassuring for a new driver. I snapped up a little black Renault Twingo as it felt just right for me (as suggested on autotrader 'the perfect 1st car!'). The process was quick and easy, with everything explained clearly, all whilst enjoying a tea and biscuit! The staff even went out of their way to advise my brother, who had joined me on the visit, on his plans to part exchange a car at another dealership. I couldn't recommend View Automotive more. It is a warm, family-run place by kind, knowledgeable people - there is absolutely no hard sell just the highest level of customer service. This will definitely be my go-to place if I ever part ways with my little Twingo!

Dealt with Sam over a purchase of a Smart ForTwo and couldn't praise him enough. My finance broker were not the quickest or provided the greatest customer service but Sam dealt with it all superbly. The car itself is in amazing condition for its age (2012) and the amount of work Sam puts into the cars before you leave is as good as getting a new car. My car had just had a major service, new tyres, new brake pads, window wash and wipers and even a health check, software and transmission update from Mercedes. All this couple up with his market beating prices (the car of my spec and mileage was valued at well over £4k) makes it all the more reason to visit View Automotive.

After a long search for a mini for my wife, I came across a mini advertised by View Automotive, after a call to Sam, he arranged a viewing the next day but In the mean time he emailed me a video of the car itself. This was very useful as I was travelling from far and I could see what to expect (rather than just relying on photos of the car). I was impressed with the car as it was presented in an immaculate condition. The transaction was fast and fully explained. The location may not be conventional but was very scenic.
